Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These terms apply to all relationships involving browsing of the Site and use of the Company's services through the Site. Individual provisions separately posted by the Company on the Site form part of these terms.

Article 2 (Intellectual Property)

Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, videos, logos, designs and other content on the Site belong to the Company, the listed brands or their rightful owners. Reproduction, republication, modification or distribution beyond the scope permitted by law is prohibited.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following when using the Site: - Acts violating laws or public order and morals - Acts infringing the rights or interests of the Company, listed brands or third parties - Acts obstructing the operation of the Site - Transmitting false information - Any other acts the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Listings and Transactions)

Inquiries and listing applications through the Site do not constitute a contract. Terms of brand listings and OEM/ODM manufacturing transactions (price, delivery, lot size, specifications, etc.) are determined by separate agreement through individual consultation, review and quotation.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information posted on the Site. The Company is not a party to transactions or disputes between listed brands and users and bears no liability except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Changes and Suspension of the Site)

The Company may change the contents of the Site or suspend or terminate its publication without prior notice to users.

Article 7 (Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these terms without notice to users when it deems necessary. Amended terms take effect when posted on the Site.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
